Full original description
Dayton Public School District (DPSD) intends to enter into an agreement with one or more qualified vendors to perform HVAC & Building Automation Systems Upgrade services. This initiative is known as the HVAC & BAS improvements for Thurgood Marshall High School, Kemp Elementary, and Kiser Elementary.
Proposals must include a detailed scope of work for each building, relevant experience, capability statement, QA/QC plan, schedule per project, list of proposed equipment/materials, company finances and W-9. Drawing bid sets for all three buildings, existing mechanical/electrical/controls drawings and a scope-of-work specification are provided. Two addenda issued.
