Scope & description
This solicitation is for the procurement of Roof Replacement for three (3) residences—Superintendent’s and two Deputy’s homes for the Department of Corrections at SCI Fayette, 50 Overlook Drive, LaBelle, PA 15450.
This procurement is restricted to DGS certified Micro Businesses.
The change notices shall become incorporated as part of this solicitation.
Contract term: The project must be completed to the DOC's satisfaction within 60 calendar days commencing on the date of the initial job conference
