Any proposals received after said time and date will not be considered by Owner. Proposals will be opened in the Historic Courthouse Commission Meeting Room at the above address at 2:00 p.m. (Local Time), Thursday, October 29, 2026. All proposals will be evaluated, and project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 60 days of the proposal opening. The sealed envelopes containing the proposals must be plainly marked with 'RFP2027-08 Victor Lord Park Fencing ' Fields 8-11.' If a proposal is forwarded by mail, the sealed envelope containing the proposal must be enclosed in another envelope to the attention of the Owner at the address previously given and also plainly marked as shown above with the applicable RFP number and description.
