Proposals in response to Request for Proposal No. 26-03 (Investment Management and Custodial for Pension and Other Post-Employment Benefit Assets) will be received by the Purchasing Division (220 South Main Street; Newark, Delaware 19711) until 2:00 p.m., prevailing time on Tuesday, November 3, 2026. The City is requesting a combined proposal covering both investment management and custodial services. Proposals for only one of these service areas will not be considered. The notice should identify the firm name and primary contact.
