Request for Qualification (RFP) for Engineering/Architectural/Surveying Services – 2026-09 10/14/26 Re: Texas General Land Office (“GLO”) Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP) Dear Service Providers: Attached is a copy of the City of Kemah Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) for professional Engineering/Architectural/Surveying services. These services are being solicited to assist the City of Kemah in its application(s) for and implementation of one or more contracts, if awarded, from the GLO’s Mitigation Reallocation Program (MRP) program. The City of Kemah is considering applying for such funding for disaster mitigation and activities. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The City of Kemah will, in its sole discretion, determine the number of contracts awarded, and may decide not to award any contracts. Kemah is an Affirmative Action/Equal Opportunity Employer.
