SCOPE OF WORK CITY HALL, 505 THIRD STREET, HUDSON, WI EXHIBIT A Cleaning services on TUESDAY & THURSDAY between 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM Restrooms (6 total) - WEEKLY • Clean Toilets/Urinals • Wipe down sinks • Wipe down door handles • Clean mirrors • Restock paper products • Restock soaps (as needed) • Mop floors • Dust air vents (MONTHLY) All Common Area Hallways - WEEKLY • Vacuum hallways • Empty trash and recycling containers • Disinfect touch points (entry ways, main lobby) • Clean outside/inside glass doors • Dust windowsills and chamber desk in Council Chambers • Mop main floor lobby marble floors (Monthly) Employee Break Rooms - WEEKLY • Vacuum break rooms • Empty trash and recycling containers • Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, and tables All Stairwells - WEEKLY • Sweep and mop hard surfaces • Vacuum carpeted stairwells • Disinfect handrails Elevator – WEEKLY • Vacuum Floors • Disinfect touch points CITY OF HUDSON FACILITIES CLEANING SERVICES – SCOPE OF WORK PUBLIC WORKS FACILITY, 2101 O’NEIL ROAD, HUDSON, WI EXHIBIT B Cleaning services on TUESDAY & THURSDAY Restrooms - WEEKLY • Clean Toilets/Urinals • Wipe down sinks • Wipe down bathroom stalls/walls • Clean mirrors • Restock paper products • Restock soaps (as needed) • Mop floors • Dust air vents (MONTHLY) Breakroom - WEEKLY • Vacuum carpeted areas • Empty trash containers • Clean and disinfect counter tops, sinks, and tables • Clean outside/inside lobby door • Mop hard surf.
