Project No. R2607-01: Renovate Building No. 5 – Missouri Interoperability Center, Jefferson City, Missouri.

Scope: The work includes, but is not limited to, replacing the roof and siding on an existing metal storage building and constructing a lean-to covering on the same building.

MBE/WBE/SDVE/HDVE participation goals: MBE 0%, WBE 0%, and SDVE 3% or HDVE 3%..

Bids are received electronically only. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Awards are made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is within available funds, normally within 20 working days of the bid date.
