Full original description
Project No. C2406-01: Rebid – HVAC Improvements – Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center, Fulton, Missouri.
Scope: The project includes the addition of packaged rooftop units to provide cooling to dayrooms and cells in existing housing units. Modifications to electrical systems to accommodate new RTUs. Extension of natural gas service to accommodate new RTUs. Addition of structural supports to accommodate new RTUs. Modifications to ceilings/soffits/roofs to accommodate new RTUs. Full replacement of fire alarm systems in the existing Housing Units.

Bids are received electronically only. The contractor shall pay not less than the prevailing hourly rate of wages as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Awards are made to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder whose bid is within available funds, normally within 20 working days of the bid date.
