REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS (RFQ) RFQ # 26-046 Pavement Condition Index Survey The City of League City is now accepting sealed statements of qualifications for professional engineering services to assess the condition of the City of League City’s roadway network. Sealed statements of qualifications must be received by 11:00 a.m., CST, Monday, October 26 th , 2026 . The clock located at the front desk in City Hall will be the official time. Submittals received after this deadline will not be opened and will be considered void and unacceptable. Immediately following the due date and time submittals will be publicly opened, in a manner that does not reveal their contents, at Johnnie Arolfo Civic Center, 400 West Walker Street League City, TX 77573. The contents of all submittals will remain confidential until after a contract has been awarded by City Council. First Publication: September 24 th , 2026 Second Publication: October 1 st , 2026
