Full original description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the General Services Department (GSD) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to render certain technical and professional services ("Services") as set forth in this RFP to provide park improvements at Patton Park for a period of two years.
General and technical specifications and bid drawings (MDNR and ORLP park improvements) are provided; the bid form was revised Oct 6, 2026 (signage) and scaled drawings were issued Oct 16, 2026.
