Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Wynford Local School District (School District, 3 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 35 Each)
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 200 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Wireless Controllers and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
• Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 120 Each)
The district is seeking to purchase and installaton of the equipment (or equivalent) listed on the Wynford Equipment and Cost List attached to this 470. Cost information shall be provided using this spreadsheet. Include required perpetual licenses in the purchase price. If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal that the proposed equipment is equivalent, or the proposal will not be considered..SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration..The bidder shall provide their SPIN or documentation demonstrating that a SPIN has been applied for) in their proposal and shall document that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed.
Bids must be considered through 2026-11-03; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
