Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Perrin-whitt Cons Ind SCH Dist (School District, 1 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 500.00 Mbps to 1024.00 Mbps)
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 2000 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 4 Each)
• Internal Connections – Antennas, Connectors, and Related Components (qty 25 Each)
• Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 20 Each)
We are currently under a contract for internet access and data transmission. This is for informational purposes only. No bids required. Perrin Whitt CISD is seeking bids for 20 Access Point U7 Pro XG / White SKU: U7-Pro-XG-US or equivalent to connect to existing cable drops-price quoted must include installation, labeling, and testing. We are also seeking bids for (25 modules) Ubiquiti Unifi 10G Multi-Mode Optical Module / Single Unit SKU: UACC-OM-MM-10G-D or equivalent. Also please quote 2 UPS 2U Pro UPS-2U-Pro UniFi-managed 1.92kVA rackmount UPSs or equivalent and 2 UPS-Towers UniFi managed 1kVA uninterruptible power supplies or equivalent. Lastly, we are seeking bids for 2 boxes of UniFi Indoor Cable Cat6 CMR U-Cable-C6-CMR (approximately 2000 feet) or equivalent. Prices quoted must include shipping and all additional fees which must be detailed in the quote. The END DATE for receiving bids is November 18, 2026. Quotes received after this date will be discarded and not evaluated.
We are restricted by state and local bidding and procurement laws including those set forth in the Texas School Law Bulletin.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-26; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
