The Jackson County Intermediate School District (JCISD) on behalf of Litchfield Community Schools is accepting proposals for the specified equipment, along with any necessary licensing or components needed for the equipment to properly function. In the event that a necessary component or licensing is not specifically called out in this document, the bidder is requested to include it. If proposing the requested Cisco hardware then the bidder shall include alternate pricing for 5 and 7 year terms for Cisco DNA Essentials licensing. If proposing alternate equipment then please include appropriate terms for any equivalent licensing.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-29; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
