Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Fort Bragg Unified School Dist (School District, 7 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Standalone Data Transmission Service (qty 2 Each; capacity 1024.00 Mbps to 2048.00 Mbps)
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 9600 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 2000 Feet)
• Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections – Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup (qty 50 Each)
• Internal Connections – Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 50 Each)
Point to point broadband services connecting Fort Bragg High School to each of Fort Bragg Middle School and Redwood Elementary School.. 50 Uninterrupted Power Supplies as identified in RFP to be installed by District Technical Staff. Replacement of 48 drops of Cat 5 cabling with Cat 6 Cabling. Installation of 2 fiber circuits at Fort Bragg High School.
Direct communications with District personnel during the Form 470/RFP process are prohibited. Prospective service providers that ignore this prohibition are subject to disqualification. Direct communications between existing vendors and District personnel to discuss project inititated prior to the issuance of this Form 470/RFPs does not constitute a violation of the previously stated prohibition.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-22; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
