Full original description
Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Mendocino Unif School District (School District, 7 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 6000 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 11 Each)
• Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections – Uninterruptable Power Supply/Battery Backup (qty 11 Each)
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 2000 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Racks (qty 4 Each)
11 Uninterrupted Power Supplies as specified in RFP. Relocation of existing MDF at Mendocino High School as specified in RFP. Recabling at Mendocino Community High School rooms at Mendocino High School and Mendocino K-8 campus. Recabling from Cat 5 to Cat 6 cabling.
Direct communications with District personnel during the Form 470/RFP process is prohibited. Prospective service providers that ignore this prohibition are subject to disqualification. Direct communications between existing vendors and District personnel to discuss project inititate prior to the issuance of this Form 470/RFP does not consitute a violation of the previously stated prohibition.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-22; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
