Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Merritt Indep School Dist 2 (School District, 2 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 10 Each)
This is the 2nd RFP and Form 470 for Merritt ISD. They needed to request these 10 switches.Cost allocate any ineligible fees.Please price INSTALLATION & CONFIGURATION SEPERATE from the Internal Connections.
Service Providers are required to provide applicants their services at the Lowest Corresponding Price per erate rules. All accepted bids shall be subject to E-rate funding and subsequent governing board approval. Multi-year contracts and/or contracts featuring voluntary extensions may be considered by the Applicant. See RFP for details. All bids will be evaluated by the Applicant using the SLDs recommended Bid Evaluation Matrix, using Price as the highest weighted factor.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-22; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
