St. Mary's of West is seeking bids for internet access, including data transmission service to terminate at 507 W. Spruce St., West, Tx 76691. Please price 500mbps, 750mbps, and 1 Gbps for 3 years. Price must include any Category one network equipment to ensure functionality and connectivity to the school's existing network. No bids will be accepted after November 20, 2026. Any bids received after that date will not be evaluated. We are seeking bids for a Ubiquiti Dream Machine Pro Max Firewall or equivalent. Price quoted price must include a five-year license. We are also seeking bids for 3 UniFi WiFi 7 Pro 4x4 MU-MIMO or equivalent. Lastly, we are seeking bids for 2 Ubiquiti XGHPOE 48 ports. All prices quoted must include shipping, installation, labeling, and testing. The quantity/amount purchased is dependent upon school and E-Rate funding. No bids will be accepted after November 20, 2026. Any bids received after that date will not be evaluated.

Bids must be considered through 2026-10-27; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
