Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Hillsdale Comm Schools (School District, 5 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 6 Each)
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 6 Each)
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 6 Each)
The Jackson County Intermediate School District (JCISD) on behalf of Hillsdale Community Schools is accepting proposals for the specified equipment, along with any necessary licensing or components needed for the equipment to properly function. In the event that a necessary component or licensing is not specifically called out in this document, the bidder is requested to include it. All switching hardware requested in this RFP will be utilized at the access layer. The proposed solution shall include any licensing that is necessary to operate at this layer. The proposal must also specifically note whether the specified licensing is perpetual or requires a renewal. If proposing the requested Cisco hardware then the bidder shall include alternate pricing for 5 and 7 year terms for Cisco DNA Essentials licensing.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-30; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
