Network Infrastructure & Internal Connections: Switches

Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Colonel Crawford Local Schools (School District, 6 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 21 Each)
The applicant wishes to purchase and have installed and configured the following:Qty = 21 (Cisco C9200L-48P-4X-EDU with stacking kit) or equivalentQty = 20 SFP-10G-SR-S or equivalentQty = 20 Fiber patch cables.All equipment shall be new and shall include manufacturer warranty (three year). If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal demonstrating that the proposed equipment is equivalent and will work in the existing network or the proposal will not be considered..If operating license is required, it should be for 5 years and shall NOT include any additional components such as support or management..The bid shall clearly show for each item proposed: Manufacturer, Manufacturer Part#/SKU; Unit Cost and what percent of the cost is eligible under the E-Rate program rules..The bidder shall provide their SPIN in their proposal (or provide documentation that a SPIN has been applied for) and shall provide documentation that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed..SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration..The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after the 29th day after issuance of the Form 470.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-27; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
