Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Grandview School District 82 (School, 1 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 7 Each)
• Internal Connections – Wireless Controllers and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 500.00 Mbps to 1024.00 Mbps)
• Internal Connections – Firewall Service, Components, and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 4 Each)
• Internal Connections – Routers and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
All bids must include all fees and construction costs. Need 3 48 port POE switches, 1 48 port switch, 1 router/firewall capable for 500 to 1 Gig, 7 wireless controllers and cabling to connect drops. All bids must include fees and construction cost.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-27; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
