Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Bonneville Joint SCH Dist 93 (School District, 29 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Managed Internal Broadband Services – Existing Equipment
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 578 Each)
• Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections – Switches (qty 578 Each)
Bonneville Joint School District 93 is seeking a qualified vendor to provide Tellabs equipment support and Panorama software licensing (or compatible equivalent). The district is interested in securing a three-year contract with 2 optional one-year renewals with the selected vendor. The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals from interested vendors for the provision of Tellabs support and licensing that meets the district's specific requirements and objectives. All proposals from interested vendors should include installation and configuration. All proposed solutions must be compatible with our existing infrastructure.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-29; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
