Full original description
Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for Gholson Indep School District (School District, 1 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Category One Network Equipment (qty 1 Each; capacity 300.00 Mbps to 750.00 Mbps)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 300.00 Mbps to 750.00 Mbps)
Gholson ISD is seeking bids for internet access including data transmission to be delivered to 137 Hamilton Drive, Waco, Texas 76705. Please quote 300Mbps, 500Mbps and 750Mbps for 3 years. Price quoted must include all Category One network equipment to assure functionality and connectivity to existing school network. No bids will be accepted after November 5, 2026. Any bids received after this date will not be evaluated.
We are restricted by state and local bidding and procurement laws including those set forth in the Texas School Law Bulletin.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-28; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
