This Form 470 and associated Request for Proposal is a request for pricing for Category 1 Network Equipment, Installation, and Support. The RFP is for approximately 12 Switches, 2 Routers, and associated stacking cables, transceivers, software, and maintenance associated with the Garland ISD self-provisioned fiber network. ALL RFP details, including bidding disqualification factors and requirements, are located within the RFP files attached to this form 470. Failure to follow the instructions may result in disqualification at the discretion of Garland ISD. See the State or Local Procurement Requirements for additional RFP submittal requirements. This equipment is for new Garland ISD schools and non-instructional entities currently under construction, or will be constructed near term.
All state, local, and federal bidding instructions/restrictions/disqualification factors are included within RFP #510-27-02.
Bids must be considered through 2026-11-06; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
