Scope:  The Port of Edmonds is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial labor, materials, and equipment to clean and maintain buildings one through five, at the Harbor Square Business Complex, as per listed in the specifications, with alternate items available upon request by the Port.

Award of Contract:  Contract Award shall be based on the Port’s evaluation to determine the best proposal as per the bid document descriptions and the total of schedule 1 base bid.
Length & Notification Period of Contract:  the length of this contract shall be annual, beginning with the period January 1, 2027 to December 31, 2027, with 4 possible extensions (not guaranteed) for a possible total of five years. The Port of Edmonds may terminate, modify the schedule of service and/or frequency of services for the entire contract or any portion (site) by a 30-day written notification to the Vendor.
Prevailing Wages: Payment of prevailing wages is required for these services. Filing fees for these annual submittals will be included in the bid proposal price. Presently, LNI charges $40 for each form.
