Full original description
CAL FIRE seeks a contractor to replace flooring at a facility in Riverside, CA. Scope of work: 1) demolish approximately 11,870 square feet of existing flooring (mix of carpet and laminate); 2) demolish approximately 5,200 linear feet of existing thermoplastic rubber cove base; 3) remove and dispose of all demolished materials; 4) install approximately 11,870 square feet of new luxury vinyl plank (LVP) flooring; 5) install new thermoplastic rubber cove base, approximately 5,200 linear feet. The contractor is responsible for all litter, waste, debris and similar materials produced by the work.
Bonds required.
