Full original description
The City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP) on behalf of the Construction and Demolition Department (CDD) requests proposals from qualified Respondents to provide heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) system services, Plumbing Services, Fire Protection Services and Electric Services at the Detroit Detention Center, located at 17601 Mound Road, Detroit, MI 48212.
A scope of services (Exhibit A), facility security policy (Exhibit B), labor rate fee schedule (Attachment C) and checklists/report templates (Attachment G) are provided.
