The Village of Carpentersville will receive prime contract bids for Project #262011 – Carpentersville Village Hall and Police Station Renovation and Addition until 1:00 pm local time on October 30, 2026, either in person at the Carpentersville Public Works Building, 1075 Tamarac Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110 or electronically. Bid packages: BP #4 General Trades; BP #5 Masonry; BP #6 Structural Steel / Misc. Metals; BP #7 Roofing; BP #8 Painting; BP #9 Flooring / Tiling; BP #10 Asphalt; BP #11 Mechanical; BP #12 Electrical / Low Voltage; BP #13 Plumbing; BP #14 Fire Suppression. Bids will be publicly opened and read (also online). Package documents, drawings and specifications available on or after October 12, 2026 (printing and shipping at bidder's cost). Bid security: bid bond of 10% of the base bid (plus additive alternates) payable to the Design-Builder.
