The Village of Carpentersville will receive prime contract bids for Project #262011 – Carpentersville Village Hall and Police Station Renovation and Addition until 1:00 pm local time on October 30, 2026, either in person at the Carpentersville Public Works Building, 1075 Tamarac Drive, Carpentersville, IL 60110 or electronically. Bid packages: BP #4 General Trades; BP #5 Masonry; BP #6 Structural Steel / Misc. Metals; BP #7 Roofing; BP #8 Painting; BP #9 Flooring / Tiling; BP #10 Asphalt; BP #11 Mechanical; BP #12 Electrical / Low Voltage; BP #13 Plumbing; BP #14 Fire Suppression. Bids will be publicly opened and read (also online). Package documents, drawings and specifications available on or after October 12, 2026 (printing and shipping at bidder's cost).
