Specifications and bidding forms can be obtained only from the Canfield Township Administration Building between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. M–F, for a non-refundable fee of $50.00 per set.
Project includes the removal of all existing roofing materials and drip edging. Each structure is broken down into materials listed on the Quantity Sheet. Remove and replace any damaged decking and document by photos prior to removal. All waste to be collected and removed from site. Fascia material to be repaired as directed. Particular attention to be paid when installing the ice and water guard in all valleys. Materials to be used: Weather Master Ice & Water 200; Summit 60 synthetic underlayment; Lo-Omni Roll; and Atlas Pinnacle Pristine shingles; inch and a quarter nails. No substitutions for these materials.
