Full original description
1.0 GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS This is a competitive solicitation for Arlington National Cemetery (ANC) Southern Expansion (SE) Moving Services at ANC, 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed-Price contract to the offeror responsible whose proposal conforms to the solicitation requirements and is determined to be the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) in accordance with the evaluation procedures outlined in the Addendum to FAR 52.212-2. Failure to adhere to these instructions may result in the proposal being deemed non-compliant and therefore ineligible for award. Contractors will need to limit the number of vehicles to one per vendor to limit the interference with cemetery daily operations. RFI reponses and all corresponding documents are under Attachments: Solicitation W91QV126RA0600003 SF 30 and W91QV126RA0600003 (2) read pages 158-161 for updated instructions and evaluations.
