953 – Solid Waste ReBid

Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste from Various Montgomery Township Facilities (REBID) Contract Documents and bidding forms may be obtained from the Purchasing Department, at the Municipal Building, and may be inspected and or/obtained by prospective bidders during regular business hours. 134 (N.J.S.A. 52:32-44). Bidders are also required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.S.A. 17:27-1 et seq. concerning affirmative action and equal employment. The Township intends to award this contract to the lowest responsible bidder whose bid is responsive and complies with the Township's requirements for same, provided that in the judgment of the Township it is reasonable, within available funds and in the interest of the Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids to the extent permitted by law. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the date and time set for the opening of bids.
