Mechanical Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA)

Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC (BSA), operator of Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL) under contract with the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), is soliciting offers from qualified small business contractors for Mechanical Services under a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). The Contractor shall provide all labor, services, materials, tools, equipment, supervision, and other resources necessary to perform a variety of mechanical construction work on various projects throughout the BNL site. Scope will be authorized through individual Task Orders (TOs) placed under the BOA. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS 238220 – Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. A Microsoft Teams meeting notice will be provided for the Virtual Solicitation Overview Meeting. SOLICITATION SCHEDULE Questions Due: October 21, 2026 by 5:00 PM ET Offers Due: October 30, 2026 by 4:00 PM ET Anticipated Award: November 2026 Offerors shall review the Solicitation and all enclosures and attachments for complete technical, qualification, pricing, safety, bonding, insurance, wage determination, and contractual requirements.
