AMENDMENT 0001:The purpose of this amendment is to add a Provision to Section L, Answer Vendor Questions, and to Extend the Offer Due Date. Advance notice is required at least 2 days in advance.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is issuing Screening Information Request (SIR) Number 697DCK-26-R-00437, Replace Roof and Hatches, Hilo Air Traffic Control Tower (ITO ATCT), 102 Ailolo Street, Hilo, Hawaii 96720 in accordance with the attached Request for Proposal, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Terms remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. All correspondences must contain the RFQ # in the subject line. BASIS OF AWARD The Government intends to make award based on successful negotiation of price and conformance with solicitation terms and conditions to the offeror that is considered to be the lowest priced, responsible offer. The Government will evaluate the Offeror’s proposed prices for fairness and reasonableness.
