Engineering Services for the Sanitary Sewer Pump Station Rehabilitation Program

Proposals must be physically received by the Township at the address above no later than October 23, 2026, at 11:00 A.M. Postmarks shall not constitute timely receipt. Proposal received after 11:00am on October 23, 2026 shall not be opened. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities were permitted by law, and to award the contract in accordance with the criteria set forth in the Request for Proposals. The Township reserves the right to make such award as is determined to be in the best interests of the Township. The evaluation and selection of the successful respondent shall be conducted in accordance with the written criteria established by the Township and set forth in the Request for Proposals. The contract award shall be publicly announced and disclosed in accordance with applicable law. If awarded a contract, the successful firm shall be required to comply with all applicable federal, State, and local laws, rules, regulations, and requirements, including, without limitation, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 , concerning affirmative action and equal employment opportunity. The successful respondent shall also be required to comply with all applicable requirements of the New Jersey Local Public Contracts Law , including applicable ownership disclosure and other required forms and certifications, as specified in the Request for Proposals.
