Request for Proposals (RFP) Abatement of Regulated Building Material (RMB) Former "Bisbee Gourmet Foods" 30 Main Street, Bisbee, AZ 85603 The City of Bisbee is seeking proposals to remove regulated building material including but, not limited to asbestos containing material and lead-based paint from 30 Main Street, Bisbee, AZ. The asbestos to be removed from the two-story commercial building. Schedule of Events: Voluntary/Mandatory Field-Meeting: October 14, 2026 11:00am (MST) Attendance is voluntary for firms that have previously visited and inspected the project site. Attendance is mandatory for firms that have not previously visited the site. Late Proposals will not be considered. The techincal proposals and price/cost proposals must be in separate sealed envelopes. Any substitute for any document forms provided with this Request for Proposals must be legible and must contain the same information requested by any such form.
