Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for Van Alstyne Independent School District (School District, 7 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 5120.00 Mbps to 5120.00 Mbps)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 5120.00 Mbps to 5120.00 Mbps)
Any request for installation/configuration and Technical support is dependent on the needs of the service requested. Any installation that is eligible for installment payments is requested to be paid out over 4 years. Line Item 1: Leased Lit Fiber - Internet Access. Please see RFP for specifics.
All vendors with a valid SPIN or temporary SPIN provided by the program administrator will be approved.
Bids must be considered through 2026-11-11; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
