Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for MSD Lawrence Township (School District, 24 eligible entities), funding year 2027.

• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Standalone Internet Access Service (capacity 25600.00 Mbps to 102400.00 Mbps)
There is an RFP document that provides greater detail on the scope of this project. It is important that service providers read the attached document to fully understand this project and prepare a more directed bid. This is due to the limited dropdown options. The 40 Gbps value listed in the RFP reflects the applicant's needs.] scalable to 100+/- Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the District's colocation site in a private cage at the Lifeline Data Centers, LLC, 401 N Shadeland Avenue, Indianapolis, IN. The District has an existing contract for a circuit that will then deliver the bandwidth to the District head-end located at located at the McKenzie Center for Innovation and Technology, 7250 E 75th Street, Indianapolis, IN. Service should begin July 1, 2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 20+/- Gbps increments in all bids and contracts.
Questions No informational meetings or building visits will be scheduled. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued.
Proposal DeliveryThe Applicant reserves the right to reject each and every bid, and to waive informalities, irregularities, and errors in the bidding to the extent permitted by law. This includes the right to extend the date and time for receipt of bids. In the event that a responsible bid is not received or if it is determined that the low bid received is too high, the bid received will be rejected and the project will be cancelled or re-bid.
We will consider multi-year contracts with or without voluntary extensions. All cost proposals must reflect the LCP (Lowest Corresponding Price), GSA pricing, and any available governmental unit discounts including existing state purchasing agreements or contracts when applicable. Any proposal referencing an existing state purchasing agreement or contract must include that information in the proposal. All bidders are encouraged to:1. Read and follow the RFP carefully.2. Adhere to the FCC E-Rate rules.3. Monitor EPC for updates and information throughout the bidding process.Failure to meet any requirement in this 470 or RFP will be sufficient cause to disqualify your proposal.
Bids must be considered through 2026-11-09; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
