Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for Bruceville-eddy School Dist (School District, 4 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 1 Each; capacity 5120.00 Mbps to 10240.00 Mbps)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Category One Network Equipment (qty 1 Each; capacity 5120.00 Mbps to 10240.00 Mbps)
Bruceville-Eddy ISD is seeing bids for internet access, including data transmission service to terminate at 1 Eagle Dr, Eddy, TX 76524. Please price 5, 7, and 10 Gbps for 3 years. Price must include an category 1 network equipment to ensure functionality and connectivity to the district's existing network. No bids will be accepted after November 13, 2026. Any bids received after that date will not be evaluated.
We are restricted by state and local bidding and procurement laws including those set forth in the Texas School Law Bulletin.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-27; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
