Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Seminole Indep School Dist 1 (School District, 6 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Firewall Service, Components, and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
1. Please price installation and configuration separate from the device(s).2. Mr. Kevin Ozment can provide more details at or 3. Cost allocate all INELIGIBLE charges or fees related to the firewall and/or installation of the firewall.
Service Providers are required to provide applicants their services at the Lowest Corresponding Price per erate rules. All accepted bids shall be subject to E-rate funding and subsequent governing board approval. Multi-year contracts and/or contracts featuring voluntary extensions may be considered by the Applicant. See RFP for details. All bids will be evaluated by the Applicant using the SLDs recommended Bid Evaluation Matrix, using Price as the highest weighted factor.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-26; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
