Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Federal Hocking Local SCH Dist (School District, 4 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 28 Each)
• Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 121 Each)
The district is seeking to purchase and installatoin of the equipment (or equivalent) listed on the Federal Hocking Equipment and Cost List attached to this 470. Cost information shall be provided using this spreadsheet. If equipment is different from what is requested, documentation must be provided with the proposal that the proposed equipment is equivalent, or the proposal will not be considered..SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration..The bidder shall provide their SPIN or documentation demonstrating that a SPIN has been applied for) in their proposal and shall document that they are an authorized reseller of the equipment being proposed.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-26; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
