Full original description
Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for Hickory County School Dist R 1 (School District, 3 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 50 Each)
• Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections – Wireless Access Points (qty 50 Each)
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 1 Each)
• Basic Maintenance of Internal Connections – Switches (qty 1 Each)
We are looking for a quote for 3 & 5 year co-terminiation licensing for 50 MR Enterprise Access Points & 1 MS250 24 port Meraki switch. We will also be considering upgrading the 50 ap's and 1 switch to newer Meraki models and will accept a separate quote for that.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-22; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
