Competitive bid for internal connections / network equipment and installation for All Saints Academy School (School, 1 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Internal Connections – Cabling (qty 2000 Feet)
• Internal Connections – Switches and Necessary Software and Licenses (qty 3 Each)

The applicant may consider multi-year contracts with voluntary extensions and is willing to consider month-to-month arrangements or contracts with varying terms. Any voluntary extensions must be specified in the awarded contract and must have a specified number and duration. Any offering of free services must be clearly identified in service providers' bids, and must be in full compliance with the program administrator Free Services Advisory. Language for long-term contracts must include a disclaimer if E-rate funding is discontinued to protect the applicant. The district desires the ability to add or remove services as business needs require. As required by Erate rules, all bids in response to this Form 470 must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP). Bids must be considered through 2026-10-20; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
