Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for Teen Interlocal 632 (Consortium, 20 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Category One Network Equipment (qty 5 Each; capacity 1024.00 Mbps to 5120.00 Mbps)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 255 Each; capacity 1024.00 Mbps to 5120.00 Mbps)
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 5 Each; capacity 1024.00 Mbps to 5120.00 Mbps)

SPAM and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid responses and will be disqualified from consideration. Vendor shall agree to do SPI discounts unless the district states they prefer to do BEARs. Multi-year contracts and voluntary extensions are acceptable. Vendor is aware of and agrees to follow SLD guidelines on Lowest Comparable Price. Failure to comply with any of the items above may be grounds for disqualification.
Bids must be considered through 2026-10-30; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
