We seek symmetrical bandwidth at 2+/- Gbps scalable to 5+/- Gbps with guaranteed throughput to the Applicants head-end located at Jefferson County Public Library Main, 420 W. Main Street, Madison, IN 47250, beginning July 1, 2027. Please provide laddered pricing in 1+/- Gbps increments in all bids and contracts. Bidders are advised that this project will be contingent upon the successful obtaining of E-Rate funding, and the contract agreement between the Applicant and the selected vendor must recognize that contingency. .We will require 10+/- public IPv4 addresses. Please provide individual or block pricing for additional addresses to account for potential growth during the term of the contract. You may also provide optional pricing for the technical equivalent number of IPv6 addresses. .WAN - Jefferson County Public Library seeks to lease lit network capacity to provide an eligible Standalone Data Transmission (WAN) Service between its eligible sites and its network head-end, located at Jefferson County Public Library Main, 420 W. Main Street, Madison, IN 47250, beginning July 1, 2027. Hanover Branch Library - 273 Madison Ave, Hanover, IN 47243.Your proposal should include pricing options for 1+/-Gbps through 5+/-Gbps connections between each endpoint site and the head-end site (2 Gbps to 10 Gbps at the head-end site) and should allow for service level changes to be made to any location during the term of the contract. It is the sole responsibility of the Service Provider to check for any addenda that may be issued..Contract Requirements - The Applicant seeks a 3-year, or 5-year contract with or without voluntary extensions; other terms will be considered. Extension terms and pricing must be spelled out in the proposal. Open-ended, automatically renewing, or "evergreen" terms are not acceptable and will not be considered responsive. The Applicant requires that the selected vendor be willing to utilize the E-Rate SPI form of invoicing (discounted invoices).
