Competitive bid for internet access and data transmission services for New Horizons Reg Ed Center (School, 1 eligible entities), funding year 2027.
Requested services:
• Data Transmission and/or Internet Access – Internet Access and Data Transmission Service (qty 2 Each; capacity 5120.00 Mbps to 10240.00 Mbps)
NEW HORIZONS REGIONAL EDUCATION CENTER currently receives:-5000 Mbps x 5000 Mbps dedicated internet access to it's Butler Farm Campus located at 520 Butler Farm Road, Hampton, VA 23666-5000 Mbps x 5000 Mbps dedicated internet access to it's Woodside Campus at 13400 Woodside Lane, Newport News, VA 23608The school is requesting proposals for equal or greater service to these 2 locations.

Bids must be considered through 2026-11-03; the applicant may sign a contract on or after that date.
