A complete roof replacement of an existing built-up roof (BUR) insulated roof assembly with a new cold-applied SBS modified bituminous insulated roof assembly meeting current energy code requirements at the Kelly Power Plant Building. Replacement includes all perimeter roof flashings, scuppers, rain leaders and counter flashings at masonry wall conditions
