The Lowell Housing Authority is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in furnishing all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, permits, testing, and incidentals necessary to remove, replace, install, test, and place into service boilers, domestic water heaters, and associated hot water storage tanks at various properties owned and/or managed by the Authority.
