IFB 2026-068 IFB Detention Center Boilers Replacement: Union County, North Carolina, through Union County Facilities Management, is seeking bids
from qualified contractors to provide a complete, turn-key replacement of two existing domestic
water boilers at the Union County Detention Center, 3344 Presson Road, Monroe, North
Carolina 28112. The Work includes demolition and removal of existing equipment; furnishing
and installing new condensing domestic-water boilers; required domestic-water, gas, venting,
condensate, electrical and accessory connections; testing; startup; training; permits and
inspections; and related work required by the Contract Documents.
