Full original description
Walker-Hackensack-Akeley ISD #113 – K-12 Renovations, 301 4th St. S, Walker, MN 56484. The project consists of multiple work scopes for all of the work necessary to complete the phased renovations at the Walker-Hackensack-Akeley School. Work includes construction of a new parking lot, indoor air quality upgrades, renovated administration suites in both the Elementary and High School wings, and renovated bathrooms and secure entrances. ICS Consulting, LLC is the program manager.
Late bids will be discarded.
Bidders may view drawings and specifications at the office of the Construction Manager, which also provides electronic access to the bidding documents and the locations of builders exchanges holding plans. Bidders are responsible for all costs of producing plans and specifications for their use.
Schedule: anticipated award November 9, 2026; pre-construction and submittals begin immediately after contract signing; on-site work begins no later than May 1, 2027. Phase 1 substantial completion by August 20, 2027; Phase 2 by August 18, 2028.
