Full original description
The City of St. Louis Treasurer's Office is seeking the services of a licensed electrical business to provide lighting for the Kiel Garage, 1515 Market Street, St. Louis, MO.
Scope of services: remove and dispose of existing light fixtures (232 parking deck, 43 stairwell, 141 strip fixtures, 48 2x4 fixtures, one 2x2 fixture, 13 wall-mount wedge fixtures and 16 pole-mount fixtures) and install new LED fixtures, including 232 Type A 8' low-profile LED strip fixtures, 8' and 4' LED strip fixtures (Types B1, B2, B2E, B3, B4, C1, C2, G), 16 LED pole light heads on existing poles (Type D), 48 2x4 and one 2x2 LED flat panels (Type E), 11 wall-mount wedge fixtures (Type F1) and 2 LED wall packs (WP1), plus admin office fixtures. Specified luminaires are listed in the RFP (Lithonia or as specified). Luminaires tested per IES LM-79/LM-80; installation per NECA/IESNA 501; UL 1598 required. Submittals: shop drawings and product data. Warranty: 5-year manufacturer's warranty on all LED luminaires including drivers.
Proposals are due no later than 3:00 PM, October 30, 2026.
